The University Police Department at Binghamton University in conjunction with the TCRC is offering a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. It’s a comprehensive program that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance and progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training. All instructors are RAD-certified. Participants receive a workbook/reference manual that outlines the entire physical defense program for reference and continuous personal growth.
The cost is $35 and the course will be held at the DoubleTree Hilton in Binghamton.
The session will last from 1 to 5 PM, but please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the event.
