Congratulations to overall male winner, Patrick Murphy, and the overall female winner, Shelby Perkins. Congratulations also to the high school boys winner, Jeff Martinez, and the high school girls winner, Kelly Billingiere. Jeff finished in 1:20:07 and was fifth overall.
These accomplishments are certainly special, but none could happen without the efforts of all the volunteers who make the running of the Vestal XX possible each year. Please check out the list of volunteers, whose contributions insured the safety and success of this year's Vestal XX.
The start and finish of the race were altered this year due to the construction of the new Vestal High School Stadium. They were moved to the old High School on Main Street. The best thing about this new venue was the huge tree under which registration was done as well as refreshments after the race.
