TCRC Scholarships Awarded - The TCRC awarded $1,000 college scholarships to five outstanding high school seniors: Abbie Bideaux, Binghamton High School; Jenna Cupp, Newark Valley High School; Elizabeth Jewiss, Marathon High School; Michael Kostek, Vestal High School; and Colten Steinbrecher, Windsor High School.
